That's right. JobReq is an exchange.
In many ways, we are similar to a stock exchange--a nexus where buyers and sellers come together. Like all exchanges, we offer clearing house services. The place we provide is mostly, though not entirely, a virtual location on our Website. The buyers are corporate clients and hiring managers who need consultant and permanent staffing solutions. The sellers are professional staffing service providers.
Instead of trading stocks and bonds, our buyers and sellers use JobReq to trade the talents and skills of highly qualified technicians in sophisticated arenas such as Information Technology, video production, accounting and telecommunications.
